Sisters Birthday Present?

My sister is 16 next month, she likes makeup but shes fussy so i wouldnt buy it without her & shes got fussy skin.
I couldnt buy clothes cos id have no idea what to buy or the size.
I don't have much money either so really need some suggestions on what to buy her?

how about a set of new make up brushes? you can pick up some decent ones and cheap on ebay!

Eyes Lips Face do amazing makeup brushes, their studio line are the best and they're also pretty cheap.

I've had mine 2 years now AMD haven't had and shedding.

How about taking her out for lunch followed by a shopping trip so she can pick the makeup/clothes herself

The make up brushes is a brilliant idea.

Also, you could get her a voucher for a facial or a massage or something. My best friend got me this for my birthday and it was VERY MUCH appreciated. Groupon do some great deals for local spas x
