Im 38 weeks pregnant and i haven't felt a single braxton hicks contraction and this is my fist baby. Not knowing the process is really stressing me out because its getting so close! Last week my.doctor told me i was 1 cm dilated and that the baby was very low. My mucous plug came out 2 nights ago and i have had a lot of cramping in my lower back. Based on all this how soon should i expect my baby? What should i expect? Please help!
