Sickness and feeling awful

Is it normal to feel so sick and generally quite unwell. Unwell meaning exhausted, nauseated, off colour and rough. I haven't got a bug but the feeling is like having tri one feelings again. Rotten in other words!! X

I think it's quite normal, and I can sympathise. I'm feeling bloody awful at the moment!

Oh good! Not good that your feeling bad though. I'm so tired of one minute feeling good and the next feeling shit. Maybe I need a day of rest and to just chill out. I suppose it's easy to over do it week after week. Tomorrow I will spend half my day in bed resting and see if that makes a difference. Thanks Hun x
