Sick & Dizzy!!!

I'm off work today (again!!!), with nausea and dizziness! Have had this on and off the whole way so far! Anyone else still suffering in this way? I was hoping that all the horrible symptoms would disappear once I hit the 2nd tri, but I'm thinking I'm going to have this the whole way through!! Can that happen, and why???!!!!!

I have my good days and my bad days, Maybe eat some ginger or anti-nausea type stuff, usualyl throwing up helped me but I would only advise that if it genuinely helps. THe dizziness, well cold air helped with that.
