can anyone advise if i should, should this cycle fail we will be going for testing Jan/Feb 2019! :(

so, based on this, should i even bother to start coq10 now since i am ovulating very soon (+opk now etc) so it wont have any impact on this cycle, and if this cycle is another dud we need to do testing next step...

i have been told that ttc issues are unlikely to be egg quality issues, since i am 29, and even if it was a egg quality issue, it would unlikely be solved with this supplement..

Can anyone offer any kind of advice?

Hi lovely, I tried coq10 as I have pcos and that can affect egg quality, I didn’t notice any difference either way and I still suffered a chemical whilst I was on it.

I would recommend eating lots of fish and eggs and a really healthy diet to try and improve egg quality, you could try the supplement in addition to that but might be worth asking a healthcare professional whether there is any evidence behind it?
