Well she got me in the end. After spotting since Wednesday (I think) she arrived this morning. I kinda knew she would because I had backache yesterday and that used to be the way I could tell she was on her way when I was on the pill.

On the up-side, this means that I've had two 30 day cycles in a row, so maybe my cycles are finally getting back to normal after the pill

I ordered some Agnus Castus from Holland & Barratt the other day too . Do you think I should still take it?

I've also had 2 cycles of 28 days now and I'm taking that as a huuuuge positive sign that my body is calming down.

Take the stuff - won't do any harm will it?

Thanks hun. Yeah I'm going to take it, might as well I've paid for it LOL.

I can't believe it's taken 6 months for my body to calm down after the pill. Must be getting old eh?

And at least now I can try and lose some more weight. If I lose 2lbs every week till next AF I could be around 1/2 stone lighter

i get used to ppl by tickers and avaotors as well.. so it does confuse me so your not on your own..
