Sharp pains

I'm having sharp pains in the lower right side of my tummy today. Can hardly stand up as that's when it hurts. Maybe they are growing pains? What do you think?

It could be where the baby is laying hun, i know i got/get alot of pains at times because they way or where he is laying

I get that too doc said its fine just stretching pains, he said dont worry unless they are higher up to the side
