Sharp Pain????

Hello Everyone,

Just a quick one as I am a little worried, just had a couple of shooting pains down below, it did not last very long maybe 30-60seconds but enough to worry me, is this normal?

I have PCOS and suffered with pains very simular before but a little worried, as it happend a couple of days ago too. I still feel very tired, washed out and sick but the pains worry me, should I be concerned?

Im not sure what they are, but personally if this happened to me I would be straight on the phone to the DR if not there demanding to be seen, especially since you have PCOS
