Shampoo question

Hey ladies can anyone help, been using Alberto Balsam Tea Tree shampoo and conditioner on both girls for yrs now (mainly cos the tea tree meant to keep headlice at bay)

But just recently my youngest has started to get a really bad flaky scalp, anyone know of a good alternative that wont irritate her scalp?

I use simple products on Oscar, they have never irritated him xxx

Baby shampoos are actually really drying on the hair, as they are made to combat cradle cap too.. they can actually strip out colour on adult dyed hair! (ableit slowly , and if you dont believe me, wash your hair with it a couple times LOL) I use a mix of baby oil, and a touch of hypoallergenic shower gel that i used to use (im allergic to like everything) its super gentle, and never had any sign of cradle cap and her hair is SUPER soft since i quit using baby shampoo
