I just read an article that suggests that semen may trigger ovulation! So interesting.
Also, they think that it contributes to the development of the eggs and the health of the pregnancy. It means it's best to have sex regularly not just in the fertile window so the body knows you are TTC...and even that during the fertile window sex itself may trigger ovulation.
The last week I had ovulation pains twice, both times a day or two after sex.
Here's hoping our bodies are helping us along in this way - would make it simpler than having to get the timing just right!
