Ive had this on and off for weeks now, im getting pain in my back.. went to hospital a few weeks ago and they said everythings fine i wasnt in labour its just where my ligements are so loose there hurting me basicly.. so have to take it easy... im almost 25 weeks .. and for a few days now my backs been getting worse and worse.. with my daughter i had her at 31 weeks and i was having the same kinda back pain before my waters broke! im so worried.. ive been to midwife a few times and im sick of going there only to be told everythings fine.. :( what shall i do? im freaking out and i dont want my baby to be prem like my girl was :(

Try to rest as much a possible and if you need to speak to midwife don't worry, that's what they get paid for. Better to keep getting checked and be told all is fine than sit stressing and worrying. It's understandable you must be worried. Do you have one of those support things to wear? Have you been to see a physio, they might be able to help?

What is the pain like hunnie? Is it worse when ur moving around? Does it get worse during the day?

Its worse when im moving around or even stood up :/ its seriously horrible!! i have physio on 28th so hopfullly they will help with the pain :( x

Have u tried a maternity support belt? Is it low back kinda level with ur hips?

i have no idea where id get one? x
its in my back and just below my belly and groin area. like a stretching feeling :/ x

Yeah got feeeling it is tbh x ill have to get one of those... cos my due dates octtober and i cant wait till then with all these pains lol!! x

Also. Can take co codamol. I am taking 8mg in the day and 30mg at night. It may cause the baby to be sleepy when it's born apparently but does not affect development or anything. It does help take the edge off for me. The belt helps when moving around. Also sleep on it side with a pillow between ur knees And lower legs it helps keep ur pelvis in a stable position. X

:( sorry to hear your in such pain, but i agree its what mws are there for never feel like ur being a nuisance youve had a prem baby before..

I agree, try a support belt, and sleep on your left as much a poss and get a pillow between ur knees.. i had a serious pain in my ass (right butt cheek  ) and after a night like that it was better and 2 nights it was nearly gone! needless to say i always sleep like this now lol memory foam pillow (cheap version) very comfy.. :)
