Hi!

I'm confused a little as what to expect with labour signs.

My first labour was an elective c section with twins due to preeclampsia and breech and transverse.

I was pre booked, never went into labour etc so don't really know what to happen this time when I attempt a natyral delivery.

My M/W said the actual labour will be like a first BUT will the labour signs be like a first or a sunsequent pregnancy?

Having a few early signs but don't know whether this means that labour is imminent as in a subsequent pg or weeks away as in a 1st....

Hope this makes sense...any opinions gratefully received.

Thanks, Sarah x

Hiya hun I can't really give you much advice as I have only have one baby who was born by c section after long labour so I don't know what it will be like to go into labour in a second pregnancy. As they say every pregnancy is different so I would probably guess it's a bit of wait and see. Having twinges is a good sign but it doesn't mean it will be soon. I had lots of twinges and aches but still didn't meet my soon until 2 weeks after his due date  But then there are lots of people who dismiss the aches and twinges and have a baby soon after. I just wanted to wish you luck and hope you have a speedy labour! Hoping it happens for you soon :D
