is anyone else suffering with this early on?
I had it with both of my previoius, however it only started in the third tri in my first pregnancy
ARRRGH I forgot the pain! I feel like a bloody cripple

Yep...signed off work currently due to it. Started a few weeks ago and fuck me I'm fed up already. I'm already old at 39 as a first time mum but this is making me feel older than my 92yr old nan!!

I’ve had pains like sciatica since about 7 weeks if I walked for too long ! I’m just over 12 weeks and it’s got worse now and I have to wear my trainers if I want to go anywhere - no more high heels for me!!

I've heard if you do a downward dog for a bit it's supposed to help?...

Yep, and lifting your knees to your chest one by one. It all stretches out the lower back. Unfortunately, when I did it last night, straightening my leg again set off the round ligament pain and 3 seconds of hell

Yes!!! Got sciatica in my bum! Third trimester with both other pregnancies! I’ve been having twinges already ��������
