Scan today :)

I've got my scan today, had one at 7 weeks, but couldn't really see anything, but looking forward to this one!
Do you think they'll be able to tell me the sex today? I'd love to know.
Also, not sure if I should let my partner (ex) come with me, I know he wants to, but he left on Saturday, and is adamant he wants nothing more to do with me, but will do what he can for little one.
Just not sure I can see him, knowing I love him to bits, and him not caring at all Will be emotional as it is, I don't think I can deal with that on top of everything else.

Hey hun good luck with the scan today. They don't normally tell you sex until 20 week scan. Personally I think if you can cope with your ex being there it would be really nice to let him go and show that you can be the bigger person for the sake of his relationship with your little one but if you think you will get upset then don't feel obliged to let him go because after all you need to concentrate on yourself and the little one at the moment x

I had the scan! Little baby is beautiful, will try and load pictures on here at some point. They also confirmed my dates and put me at 12+6 yesterday, so i'm 13 weeks today!!
I let the babies dad come to the scan, it was hard seeing him tbh, he seemed so detached from me, I was so upset
Really don't know what to do for the best anymore, it's so hard

Aww im glad your scan went well, cant wait to see the pics. Not sure about your situation with the dad but its nice u let him go to the scan. Hope things get a bit easier for u xxx
