Scan Toady at 3pm

I was really excited yesterday.
Now there is no excitement just pure fear. It's 4 1/2 hours away and I am already shaking like a leaf.

Feels like there is so much pressure on me - so many people waiting to see pictures and find out how it went. What if something is wrong, I personally think I could cope, but i'm not sure I could cope telling other people

GAH - I wasn't like this with DD - someone give me a good hard virtual slap and knock me out of it please.

awww u will be fine. u cnt do any worse than i did, i had a panic attack on the bed in the scan room

i know what you mean about worrying. i wasn't excited at all, just terrified incase they found something wrong with her.
but your baby will be fine.. try and relax and just enjoy the scan because it goes too quick and you forget what you saw!

Well, that was nerve wracking!

All seemed well thank goodness - thanks for all the hugs
Got a couple of pics - this is the best one (sorry about the quality, my phone really didn't like taking a picture of it!)

Still team green - I managed to resist I thought I saw a willy at one point but didn't see it again when she was around that area so I have an inkling it's a girl.

Baby was lying in an awkward position and refused to move so the sonographer really hurt my side digging the scan thingy into me I could really feel it going over where baby was and had to bite my lip to stop myself crying out, but she had to do it to check everything. It's still sore now though.
Hopefully pregnancy will continue well and I'll get my homebirth so won't have to go back to the hospital.

Thanks again for all the good wishes - they really helped.
