Scan piccy!

One head, 2 arms, 2 legs and definately one baby! She said everything looked fine.

Had to go into antenatal unit to make an appointment afterwards and she asked if I wanted the triple test, been unsure about this so said no for now and ultrasound didnt show anything potential.

Anyone else been offered the triple test? Did you take it or leave it?

I didn't have the triple test as they did the nuchal fold test at the scan.

OH and I chose not to opt for triple test as we knew it wouldn't alter any decisions about the pregnancy, but it's a very personal choice.

Triple test - I'm not going to have it, we've discussd it and decided not to. As LittleMinx said it's a personal thing.

is the triple test the one they do for down syndrome etc? if so i wont be having this test nor did i have it on my first 2 children as said above it is a personal choice but to me it will make no difference so dont see the point in worrying myself for nothing xxxxxx

I am having the triple test for sure ahve to be honest I work with Downs etc and this is going to sound mean but I wouldnt want a Downs baby as i try my best to make them have a happy,equal life but the predujice is so bad that it is not something I would want to bring into this world,but it is a personal choice.

Your scan is lovely defiantely see a lovely face looks so cute I am saying a Girl.

I am trying to arrange a nuchal transluceny scan privately as its not offered down here but if i can't get one then i would have the triple test. like the others have said it is personal choice but im like bexxie i think it would reflect my decision about the pregnancy as i work with children with learning disabilities. everyone is different.
