got my 20 week scan on monday, determined to not find out the sex of the baby!!!!
do you see the midwife after, have bloods etc??

I have mine monday too. we stayed team yellow with our first 2 but are finding out this time. i have just been told to take a sample with me xx

I just had the scan didn't see my midwife or have bloods or urine done at that appointment.

When I went for mine after the scan she said i could go but cos im being consultant lead cos im a bigger mommie, i remember they booked an extra appointment for me i told the sonographer and she said ohh right and double checked for me and i did but unless you think you have to then no just the scan XX

it just seems that i have not seen the midwife much, in fact just the once during my booking appointment and once for the community midwife, which i didn't even know i had to see, but she just took a wee sample?

For me it was just the scan at 20 weeks, I have only seen midwife at 10weeks for booking in then 16 weeks and then I see GP i think for 25 weeks and then midwife again at 28 weeks so I wouldn't worry I think if you are low risk they leave you too it quite a bit (it is my first baby).

I never had any bloods after just the scan, my next midwife appointment is 22 weeks. Xx
