Scan and moving on....

Tomorrow morning I have a gender scan to make sure Sid is definitely a boy! I'm still half expecting them to have got it wrong and I dont think I'll really believe it till I have him in my arms!

I also hit 25 wks tomorrow so technically my 26th week
So I can stop clogging up 2nd Tri and move to the 3rd and final stage......

I dont think I get a new pic tomorrow coz it's a free scan but I think I'll be cheeky and ask.....they had had hundreds out of me this last 2 yrs!

My phone went just as we were about to start watching X Factor and the scanner has rung in sick with effin swine flu So the man who owns the company is doing it but he cant get there till about 12. My appointment was 10.30am and I've got a lunch date at 2pm. I was supposed to go to the scan, come home, get changed and go to Leeds for lunch and shopping with my mate at 12. The bloke doing the rearranging said 'Can you turn up sometime after 12? I cant guarantee when you'll be scanned though....' I told him I had another appt at 2pm and he said 'oh you should be done by then'....erm like I'm gonna sit for 2 hours! The scan place is about 5 miles the other side of Leeds (20 miles from here) and my sister was supposed to be coming too. If I go at 12 now and have to hang about I'll really need to go straight to Leeds so Ash cant come unless we go in two cars

It's pants. I was really looking forward to it. I said maybe I could go after my lunch date but she said it might be about 6pm before he's available. Fucking nora.

6 is so frigging late tho to be traipsing over there It's 30 mins from here and only 5/10mins from Leeds. It's just a big balls up. I bet they ring and cancel it all together in the morning. The bloke was hankering for me to say forget it but I dont want to It'll be the new year before I get to go otherwise..*sniff*
