I am sick of calling direct line, being on hold and spending a fortune when they were supposed to call me back! (They NEVER do)

theres a company called Scan computers.. good company but they make the money off the 0870. even ringing from work trying to place a rather large order with them and asking politely for a non 0870 fax number, they still were very very reluctant to tell it me and a couple of the staff didn't even think there was a normal fax number. i told them I would take our business elsewhere but in the end the order did go through after a lot of pursuasion. and thats the police so goodness knows how much the public get ripped off.
