sat and cried last night

I do swing my legs out together but it's when I rise up that the pain begins, feels like it needs to crack back before I can walk. I can hardly feel my legs when it happens too

Rang the midwife earlier and they have lost the referral so they have to do another but I won't get seen until late november

I have had this on and off but mostly round ligament pain.

However, I was talking about it to my friend this morning over coffee who has three kids and has had three C-sections with all of them. She suffered from SPD and so and opted to have c-sections because of it, but some other women in her ward also suffered pretty badly and refused a C-section as she was all into natural childbirth etc. Turned out that she ended up on crutches for six months afterward for damaging herself during the birth! Thats why they say its important to tell the midwife about this problem before you go into labour!
