Same middle name

I am due my second boy in a few weeks and am really struggling with a name for the little man but would like to use the same middle name for him as my son has as it was my grandads name and is he was very important to me. Has anyone else had the same middle name for their children or do you think it's a bit strange?

Our neighbours have done this with all their children (three, two boys and a girl). I think it is a little odd but if you want to do it then do, people don't use middle names that often. What name is it? Is there a variation of it you could use? Or use a middle name/surname he had instead?

My sister in law has done this. I think it's a little strange but it's no ones business but your own. Xx
