I dont agree with the death penalty purely because of how many people were killed and then found to be innocent - but in this case theres no denying he was evil personified.

I know a lot of people are opposed to the death penalty but if someone is guilty beyond doubt there are circumstances I'd like to se it used. My DH and I have had many a heated argument as he is opposed but I said to him god forbid any monster touching our daughter but if he did I would kill him and I'd expect the same of my husband!
