I did this a few years ago and lost weight (about 2 1/2 stone over 3 months)

Is realtively simple to stick to compared to others...you get a daily calorie allowance based on your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) and as long as you eat food with less than 3% fat and stick within your calorie limit you loose weight. It is more effective if you excercise 3 times a week too. The RC classes are quite good and differentiated to suit your ability level.

The best thing about RC class is that the leader doesn't spout rubbish for an hour whilst you listen...she says what she needs to to motivate you and then you exercise.

I quite like RC, but you can save yourself some money...buy the book and work out your BMR online http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/, then just do it yourself. You can buy her workout vid or just go to the gym.

it has changed now, they use the GI diet. i just wanted to know if it was hard to follow this diet.
