In 2004 I became a gym buff in more ways then one, i went 6 or 7 days a week
and did a bit of amateaur BB not to compete but just to see if I could add muscle by training in different ways, I learnt SO MUCH i even appeared in zest magazine... I miss it now I miss that buzz of ppl asking me how I did it... I was looking through old photos and (even if I do say so myself) i looked BLOODY GOOD lol! urm now I look not so good.
I didn't really feel figure consious because I wanted baby so bad so my mind was on that, HURRUH GOAL ACHEIVED...
However nothing is stopping me, no ttc, no pregnancy.
i have all the tools, I even have a VERY sleepy baby during the day so theres no reason why I can;t excercise at LEAST 30mins a day...
Sooo... If its ok with the mods here Im going to start a diary of Fitness and health and post... ahem, pictures of my progress...
Im not going to wait until after christmas, im going to start 1st Nov...
Anyone else willing to take the plunge with me???
