Rib/back ache/pain..

Hi. Hannah is now 8 weeks old and ever since I've had her I've had this ache/pain around the bottom of my rib cage especially at the back.. And on my left side.. Some days it's not too bad and is only when I'm nursing, but other times it's all the time, siting, standing laying etc. is this normal? I had an epidural could that have anything to do with it or is it giving birth in general or just normal? Any advice please! Xx

It's nursing pain hun, adjust your position get more pillows and try to relax as much as possible... I get it in same place and in neck too some nights, it does ease (if I remember correctly) after about 8-10 weeks when your muscle support gets back to normal x

I try changing my position but it never seems to help?! I'll try loads of pillows then thank you xxx

Ive been getting the same pain. Its mainly on my left side, bottom of ribs. Was wondering if it was epidural related but hadnt thought about it being feeding related! Must get working on my core muscles. Hope your pain eases soon!
