rhinitis of pregnancy

I wrote a few weeks ago, asking for advice on what to take for a cold.. Well ive still got it! Been looking online and it says theres such a thing as rhinitis of pregnancy. Basically it sounds like what i have, i have a blocked nose on and off through out the day. I thought it was a cold but no other symptoms really just tiredness. Had this from week 7, im now in week 12. Anyone else had any experience of this? It says it will continue all the way through pregnancy till birth, maybe a couple of weeks after and will probably get worse x

Oh god I suffer from this through all my pg. I'm afraid it doesn't go till uve had baby. Awful bloody annoying. Did my OH head in also having to listen to me at night.

Yeah, I have this anyway so pregnancy makes it worse. I use those nasal strips to help at night. There's a natural saline spray you can use when pregnant, the name escapes me. X

I have this and had it with my first pregnancy too. If I don't steam at least every other day it turns into a headache from the build up. It's so annoying.
I've found when it gets really bad I can relieve it with a sinus cleanse (ask in your pharmacy). It basically pumps water up your nose and out of your mouth... it's so gross but does work in an emergency.
