Rescue Remedy?

i have been advised to get some of this aswell as Arnica tablets

can anyone advise on what one i should buy as the website has about 10 different ones

I just got the small dropper bottle from boots, put 10 drops in a glass of water and drank that during labour.

ahhh thats great thanks hun i had visions of it needing rubbed in lol

I get the spray bottles as it's that little bit easier than the droppers and you can take it on the bus or wherever very easily. you can get it in any pharmacist, health food shop, supermarket or Boots.
