Regular cycles

Just wondering if there is anyone else here who does actually have regular cycles? I came off the pill a year ago and my periods returned straight away and have been pretty regular ever since, first 3 cycles ranged from 26-30 days and the rest have been 29 with the odd one of 30days.
I've noticed most people in this section have irregular cycles though, so wondered if there are any LTTTC'ers here despite regular cycles still haven't had a hint of a BFP

Hey I dont have regular cycles but my sister is in the same position as you at the moment. Regular as clockwork, using a cbfm so dtd on the right days. OH sperm has been tested and is fine, shes had all the bloods done too and they are now a year and a half of trying. Fertility Dr just said it can take some couples time. Frustrating!

I'm irregular but ovulating fine so it's nothing to do with that so I'm sorts of with you. My mum was the same and caught first time every time she tried so I consider myself ok

Hi tinkerbell3, I am in exactly the same position as you. I have regular periods 30-33 days. I came off the pill last July and have had not one BFP. All my bloods & hubbys sperm results are ok. We have been referred and our 1st fertility clinic appointment is on tues.

My periods returned as expected after coming off the pill, and were irregular 26-38 days roughly, mostly averaging arund 30 days. I was put onto Clomid which has regulated me to 28 days xxx

Hope your first appointment goes well Tinks82. Did you start trying as soon as you came off the pill?
Although my periods returned straight away and have been really regular I'm worried there still might be something wrong because they seem so light espcially compared to what they were like before I went on the pill about 8 years ago.

Yeah we've been reffered to Guy's ACU and actually had our first appointment this past wednesday, have forms for CD3 & 21 bloods, Hycosy scan and SA for OH just a matter fo waiting for the right days now and then we have our next appointment 29th Feb to get results and see where to go from there.

All sorts keep running through my mind trying to think what might be wrong and it's driving me mad, I just wanted the tests done and results back but I can't believe we have to wait till the end of Feb to know.

I am the same hon, every 25/26 days and it has been nearly 2.5 years! Nothing wrong so far. We just keep trying! First app (had all our tests done private and all clear) is on 8th December. I will let you know what they advise us cxc

Oh no that must be hard, 2.5 years and then tests coming back clear. At least if they found something i think it could be a bit easier as at least you have an idea of WHY it hasn't happened.

My cycles have also been regular since coming off the pill July 2010. 25/26 days (apart from the last 2 that were 22 and 23!!!) 21 day bloods 'normal' and SA x2 'normal' (and i tell the little spermies to 'just keep swimming, just keep swimming' like Dory from Finding Nemo ha). Waiting for fertility referral to come through.

haha the Finding Nemo quote made me giggle hope you aren't waiting too long for the FS refferal x
