Referred to fertility specialist in 2 days, what to expect?

Hello i'm new here but wanted some advice. Me & my husband have been TTC #2 for over 5 years, ive had bloods & US done and hubby had a SA taken. Hubbys sperm was 6 million count and 2 million of them were of perfect motility.Everything is 'normal' on my blood tests but I have irregular and erratic cycles, I have PCOS symptoms but my GP didn't diagnose it. I feel that the bloods were not done on the correct cycle days. Anyway, we finally got referred to a fertility hospital and our appointment is in 2 days!

I am nervous as to what to expect. Ive recently lost some weight, a stone since my last GP app. My BMI is now down to 32 and I know my BMI will be down to 30 by mid November. Is it possible that they might diagnose PCOS at the fertility clinic, and if I don't have it do you think we still have a good chance to be prescribed clomid? Thank you for reading xxx

Sorry I can't help with what they will do as I have my appointment on October after ttc #2 for a year and we are getting on a bit. I have pcos but my bloods seem normal, ovulating and cycles not too bad. Hubby's SA was on the low side with only 2% and 3% (had two tests) normal forms so not great. Your hubby's count is considered low but there's not much they do for men from what I can glean but have you got him on man vitamins, zinc etc to boost his sperm? I'll be interested to see how you get on as I'll be a few months behind you! Good luck and I'm sure someone will know about the appointment side of things xx
