Stuffed peppers?Anyone.?
I'm cooking my parents dinner,and my mum really,really likes stuffed peppers but i cannot find a decent recipe ANYWHERE

They do fab stuffed peppers at my local tapas bar. He puts some creamy goats cheese inside with some chopped up pieces of ham (serrano ham- but any would do) they are then covered in bread crumbs and deep-fried- soooo yummy!

Sorry to gate crash the thread but Asda do Ainsley harroit cous cous and its lovely 8)

Tesco sell jars of tesco seasoning mix that you put a little through plain cous cous when you soak it.

I am addicted to cous cous- OH is fed up looking at it
