You should be alert during the next days:

Do not open any message with an attached filed called "Invitation" regardless of who sent it, It is a virus that opens an Olympic Torch
which "burns" the whole hard disc C of your computer.

This virus will be received from someone who has your e-mail address in his/her contact list, that is why you should send this e-mail to
all your contacts. It is better to receive this message 25 times than to receive the virus and open it.

If you receive a mail called "invitation", though sent by a friend, do not open it and shut down your computer immediately. This is the
worst virus announced by CNN, it has been classified by Microsoft as the most destructive virus ever.

This virus was discovered by McAfee yesterday, and there is no repair yet for this kind of virus. This virus simply destroys the Zero
Sector of the Hard Disc, where the vital information is kept

god i don't understand why people make virus's

I'll add to this that the other day I got an email from "paypal" asking me to confirm my details or they'll chrage my account. Got suspicious cause it wasn't my paypal email address. Then checked the link and it was like this:

"http://www.(numbers like an IP address here)/paypal/..."

UNLESS ITS www.paypal.com or http://paypal.com (or perhaps uk.paypalcom) ITS NOT PAYPAL! The word "paypal" must come before the first /

The email looked really official too, even link to their real terms and conditions. Bascially the link either would have taken me to a virus or a site that looks just like paypal where they'd grab my details and try to hijack my bank accout :x

Don't worry about it mate its a Hoax email. In fact most Virus warning emails are HOAX - which again becons the question - why does someone write an email about a pretend virus - WHAT A LOOSER to do that lol

Anyway infuture all you need to do is type in the name of the supposed virus to google and there are many sites which will tell you if its real or a Hoax i.e in this case I googled ''invitation virus'' and found many sites including these two
