Recently had a mc when to start trying..?

I have only just had a mc but thinking of when is the best time to start trying? also what ovulation tests are best to use? my mc was a accidental pregnancy but we was wanting to try soon anyway x

Some say to try right away as you’re fertile after a miscarriage.
Some say to wait until you’ve had a natural period.


I had a miscarriage in December that resulted in a D&C and my periods still haven’t returned as normal.
My doctor told me not to stop trying though.

one step cheapie ovulation tests from eBay work fine! Been using them for a year! Don’t waste your money on the expensive brands!

I had my d&c in Oct and I just waited till I got my next period which came in Nov and we luckily conceived in Dec.
Really is up to you and how u feel x

We started trying as soon as my mc was over, although mine did take 3months to be completely over from finding out I was going to miscarry as I had retained products. We caught the 2nd month, just try when you are ready too. Strangely I started miscarry this day 9 years ago

Thankyou everyone I’ve been for my scan everything has cleared etc the hospital have been absolutely amazing I couldn’t have fault there care. They even given a memory box to rember my baby by My right ovary still abit swollen but it’s to be expected it’s had surgery on xx I’ve to take a pregnancy test in 3 weeks x
