Really painful BH contractions?

I was walking into town today (do this most days) and not long after I had left the house I got my first really painful BH contraction- it felt like when you get a painful stitch but was obviously my womb- esp the right side and lasted about a minute. It then happened again a few times after that. It was so painful my eyes were streaming and I had to stand still til it went away

I assume it was a BH anyway

Has anyone else had these?

If I do alot of walking or have walked somewhere quickly ive had really painful stitches kinda in the bottom of my bump to one side.... could it be that?

I have had them they take your breath away dont they. They made my eyes water but they always stopped when I stopped walking.

I have been fine since I have been back home- had the odd BH but not sore. Must have been walking that made things worse.

i get them when walking as wll and yes they hurt... its at the bottom of my bump mainly too....
i also get them a lot first thing in the morning....
