Really bad cough&cold,wots safe2take?

Hello lovely ladies I am back again 4some much needed advice!I hav come down with an extremely sore throat,cheery cough&cold but am scared 2take anything as frightened of hurting the baby,can any1advise pls?thanks!xxxx

hi hun, I was in the same boat last week with cold cough which turned into an ear infection, have honey and lemon, doc said paracetamol is fine just don't over do it, I had two every 6hours at my worst, have a steam n get someone rub vicks on your back/chest/throat n a teen bit underneath your nose to help u breathe...Ooo and doc also gave me linctus cough syrup, but till I had that I had a spoon of honey before I went bed, also when u have steam have it in ur bedroom to moisten the air again to help you breathe...wooo that was long but hope it helps you. Xxx
