Real nappy covers

We use prefolds and had a problem a while ago with wee leaking as LO sleeps for about 13 hours. We solved this we some micro terry boosters, which are fine. I got some large size wrappers from the Cottontail Company as the whole nappy is fairly bulky, but these are now really gapy at the legs and the leaks are worse. I think the problem is the gusset elastic has gone.
could anyone reommned a decent nighttime cover that will accomadate a prefold, booster and 26lb baby?
