readymade formula - how long?

I am going on holiday next week and I am trying to figure out how to feed him while on the plane. Do you know how quickly you have to use the cartons of formula once you put it in the bottle? I hope that makes sense....

Id take cartons too, they last for ages and you shoulkd be able to take them on as long as their sealed.

The regulations say that you can take cartons with you and not taste them. I was made to taste the 1 carton I had, I tried to say about the regulations, but it was of no use, either taste it or throw it away.

But saying all that you can buy the cartons after security at Boots, so that probably would be easier.
