Reaction after 2nd set of injections.

Should I expect my son to experience the same or worse side effects after his 2nd set?

They're all different hun, Ryan was fine on his first and third jabs, but bawled his eyes out for ages after the second - although I didn't put him straight on boob after the second ones...

tip - take food and they will soon forget their troubles.

But honestly? I don't really know the answer. Hope they go ok x

I felt that his leg came up in more of a reaction with the 1st than the second. We had 3rd lot of jabs this morning which I was dreading but she did them so quickly that it was pretty painless for us both!

Austin only got upset after the second jabs because he fell asleep in the waiting room & I couldn't get him to wake up until the needle went in - not a nice wake up call!

Did your son have a bad reaction to the first jabs? If so it may be worth giving him some calpol about 30 minutes before your appointment, and as shell said, bring some milk to take his mind off it.

Hope they go well, I hate jabs
