re-heating breast milk

Can you use the microwave to re-heat bottles? I havent got a bottle warmer yet and wondered if i could do it in the microwave when OH does his share of the feeding???

they tell you not to microwave.. but i do.. make sure if you do there isnt any HOT spots in the milk..

I only do it for 10 seconds i find this long enough to get it at body temp...

i never thought of that when its oh's turn about warming it or not but then ive bought something that warms up food and bottles so i suppose that will sort it out made by avent.
