Ok girls I know this is not a pleasant thing to hear in the morning but I've got a rash on one of my legs, just above the knee and I don't know what it is and I'm a bit worried.

Sorry if this is TMI but it's like a cluster of tiny blisters in an oval shap that are sore and itchy. Does any one have any idea what on earth this is?!?!?!?! It started yesterday and was only tiny but it seens to be much worse this morning.

Do they look a bit like bubbles? If so, it can be a bit of fluid. I had it on the back of my thigh last summer and it was just where my sweat glands weren't retaining as much as they used to.

I think it's pretty normal in pregnancy for your sweat glands to play up? Hmm.. I would probably just nip to your docs just to be sure, but I'm sure it's nothing bad.

Hope it goes away soon!!

I went to the docs yesterday because I developed a rash on my shins which was spreading upwards- I freaked out because it was spreading so I thought it must be bad. I was in so much pain at night as I was probably scratching whilst asleep, it then woke me up and I couldn't get back to sleep so was awful. Turns out to be my hair follicles and sweat glands blocking up and the doctor prescribed moisteriser
Might be this?- he said it was common in pregnancy.

Can you take a pic? Not that I'll be any the wiser but someone might be able to compare it to something they've had xx

 could it be shingles, i had shingles when i was about 5wks preg it was just a small cluster of tiny blisters on my side, apparently there is no risk to the baby so dont worry if it turns out to be.

I've been to the Doctors and now I have to go to the hospital!!!!!

Not sure why, she called the obstretics (sp) for some advice and they said to send me in so I'll be off there in half an hour.

I'll update you on my return.

Oh no... Ok, will wait for an update - Hope it's good news for you and all is ok

xXx

All is ok they think, no one seems to know what it is but they seem sure the baby is at no risk which is brilliant news. Hopefully it'll just go, if it doesn't improve or gets worse I have to go back though.

Good news all in all.

Thanks for the replies.

Phew, sorry it wasn't as simple as mine was! Hopefully it'll go down soon so you won't have to worry about it.

Glad everything is ok hun-I got worried for a sec when I read that they sent you to hospital! :D
