Rash on tummy

I have noticed I have a rash on my bump. It's just little red pin pricks at the top of my bump. It doesn't itch or anything but i was just wondering if anybody had experienced this before. I am a FTM and I'm 21+1 x

I haven't but didn't want to read and run. Would suggest it's nothing to worry about, but give your mw a call if you're worried x

I've been getting a bit of a rash which comes and goes.. I'm thinking it's heat rash.. not sure where you are based but it's very hot where I am and anything I wear just irritates my bump in this weather!
