Rash, eek

I woke up on sinday with a rash all over my torso. it wasnt itchy so i didnt have a massive panic attack about it. By monday it covered my body and im so itchy. have been to doc's and they have taken my bloods just to be on the safe side. they hope its just a virus but they are checking my liver function aswell. Hopefully they can give me something for it as my feet are sore from all the scratching ( its hard not to) the spots are not to bad today so hopefully its a good sign. its not on my face though which is good. anyone else suffered with rash's. i didnt have anything like this with my first.

was at the hospital yesterday and they said not to worry. they think im doing to much and it might be because im stressed and tired. not supposed to finnish work til 22nd june but on hospitals advice i have asked if i can bring my leaving date forward. work were really nice and are trying to sort things out so i can leave tomorrow. wont hold my breath but hopefully next week will be my last. Im a little anemic too so im sooo tired. cant wait to get out of this place. doc also said that they wont let me go over 40 weeks just incase. i guess its better knowing i wont have to wait forever to see LO

Sorry to read about your rash Farls. I haven't had anything like that in pregnancy but have suffered with very sensitive skin at other times. Once I had a horrible rash from using Sanctuary bath products. It lasted over a week and was so itchy.

I'm glad you are taking earlier leave from work. I know we all try to stay on as long as possible but sometimes it's just not worth the risk or hassle. It's my last day today (and I'm working from home). I hope you can finish next week. If not... why not get the hospital to sign you off for a couple of weeks to have a rest?
