This started two days ago as a rash on cams face. He had a fever too but it broke quite quickly. Now it looks like blisters. I thought it was going to be hand foot and mouth but this is the only place they are... Not inside mouth or on any other body part.

Is it just spots, or from his dummy? He normally has such clear skin.

Tapatalking :-D Can't see tickers...

I'm not sure whether it might be impetigo? There was one one else who posted a picture the other day and I'd been given a leaflet at play group with pictures of different rashes. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1360062678.395031.jpg xx

Have you put any sudocrem on? That's what the other ladies doctor suggested doing for a day and if it didn't work would give antibiotics xx

I've put bepanthem on it last night. Spread a little more this morning. Seems fine in himself Xx

He looks sad in the pics, he's quite happy in spite of it.

That was me, sudacrem is antiseptic so it's worth a try. Be careful tho if it is impetigo its highly contagious x

Where they just red spots that later progressed to blisters? How are they now? Blisters and red around? Or can you see the skin peeling off maybe around of them?
Sorry can't really tell from the pictures at my phone and can't get to my computer now.
Anyway it maybe a staffilococal or a streptococcal infection (especially if they are blistering or seeming to peeling off)
Impetigo is one of those variants.

Anyway it Dosent matter. You have to get to the doctor to look to them closely as I can't tell from the pictures and some of those microbial blistering diseases can sometimes give a kidney reaction 2-3 weeks later and I know he has some kidney problems. it Dosent look like hand foot disease to me really but have to make it to my pc to properly look at it.

I thought just rash at first, then they blistered. Some look like they may have had fluid in. Now looking more flat and scaley.

Oh, i did worry about kidney issues. I thought i was being overcautious booking gp appt this afternoon.

Any danger to unborn baby with anything mentioned above? Xx

He also has a random looking one on his arm now. Underarm on the bicep area. Will get a pic later. Hoping its nothing contagious or serious Xx

Let us know how it goes, I'm sure it will be nothing.
Hope you could put gps out of business lol, your obviously good at your job.

Did he have chicken pox btw? Does it look like chicken pox? If it seems to appear in so many places and they look different (like different stages ifykwim) ?

Microbial infections (like impetigo) can spread too and they are highly contagious.

I think the best think is to get him to the doctor to look.

I will go look at my pc when Amelie drops for a nap.

He's not had them before. No i don't think these are them either. They are clustered around mouth and genitals. The mark on his arm seems different. Nothing on his torso at all which is where they normally appear. Not itchy either x

This may sound odd but maybe worth mentioning... His thumb nail has started peeling from cuticle forwards. Maybe totally unrelated but odd. He's normally got perfect skin and hard nails.

Hand foot and mouth. Glad you know. Lots of cuddles for him x

I never saw one without lesions inside the mouth actually but I suppose it can happen?
Good news for him I suppose as It will go away by itself.
Though adults rarely get it, let your mw know about it.
