I’m nearly 36 weeks. Having such a tough time with reduced movements and feeling so unwell. I’m getting a section at 39 weeks but was hoping to get it about 37-38 weeks.

I’m measuring 40 weeks already. Three weeks ago at growth scan she weighed 5lbs 8oz. I got a date for my section which is 28th Nov and I’ll be three days off 40 weeks.

They don’t seem to be bothered...any advice?

Feeling deflated 😡

My last babies were 10lbs 5 and 9lbs but he was two weeks early. I wanted an average baby this time lol x

Sorry I'm no help, but at least if you're gunna have another big baby you won't have to push her out on your own? That would probably be my only comfort lol. Other than that, you can only hope the estimated weights are wrong. I've never personally met anyone who's estimated weights have been that reliable when baby has come out xx

If you’re feeling the movements have reduced, call in every time. Make sure they know you’re concerned because if you’re worried, they should be too

They aren’t bothered about big babies - only ones measuring small on your fundal height. I had A private scan at 34+1 and lb was estimated at 6lbs. Remember these estimations aren’t always accurate - this is what I’m hoping for! Are you calling in for reduced movement?

I am currently being monitored/scanned twice a week! I’m so fed up and sore all the time. They just don’t seem to be taking me seriously �� x

Yeah I did see a consultant around 20 weeks to discuss having a c section. Spoke to my midwife tonight and she is gonna email the consultant to see if I can be taken in ah 38 weeks. Fingers crossed x
