I’ve been feeling really tired for the past 2 weeks, then absolutely fine, I changed my diet to add in more fruit but would this be too much sugar to take onboard?

Also, I’m a little over 18 weeks but I really do feel I am 1 week a head than I am supposed to be but I don’t have my 5 month scan until the 27th of June, this is playing on my mind but my main question really is; would a week later be a great affect or not?

I go from being constipated to having the runs; there isn’t a medium balance, is this normal? Also, my number 2’s tend to be black, like I’ve drunk Guinness, is this a bad thing?

I keep getting cramp in my left thigh but it runs in conjunction with feeling the LO moving a little bit, could this be just the baby rolling onto my nerve still?

Sorry for the quick fire questions just needed to get them off my chest.

I always got really bad cramp in my left leg, especially when sleepping (or at least trying to!!)

With your toilet situation I was the same!! there was never a happy medium - although mine werent black?!?!

It is absolutely normal to be tired!! Your body has a whole lot of changes going on. Try to eat a little often to stabilize your energy.

Abut be a week further on - maybe check with you MW - I dont think it should matter too much for the scan.. but best to check

I thought it could be black because I’m eating a lot of foods with iron in, think that would count?

Are you taking Iron supplements or pregnancy supplements with iron in? They defo make your poo black !! Eww :)
 
I'm 20+4 today and am due to have my anomali (sp?) scan on 25th June (I'll be 23+2). I booked this at the 12 week scan so my dates are correct and the sonographer suggested this date for my next scan so certainly in my area it's OK to have the anomali scan at 23+ weeks.

I'm taking Lataclins, has iron/folic acid in, also taking Zinc
