why do doctors do your due date from your last period and not when you proberly concieved? As the baby wouldnt of been been implanted or started growing until you convieved it not when your on your period? wouldnt your baby start groiwn 'week 1' 'week 2' from when it starts growin? :S

Because its really difficult to calculate exactly when you ovulated and the baby implanted, going from your last period makes the date easier to work out

True but then when you haqve your scan wont like 99% of people get put back like nearly 2 weeks as you wouldnt of concieved untill roughly then into your period? lol sorry being a bit thick here.

No, the scan takes your two 'free' weeks into account :)

No, all scan dates and stuff will be on estimates that would have taken that two weeks into consideration
