Hi all,
Just a quick question for you all..... What are you eating for meals and snacks?
I'm not seeing my consultant till next week but wanted to get a headstart on what I should/ shouldn't be eating. Apart from avoiding sugars and limiting carbs I don't really know too much about it yet, so any advice you ladies can give would be appreciated
