I'm 17+2 and I literally feel like baby is going to fall out.

I know he/she is low down and I've been in hospital and have been closely monitored so I'm guessing this is why I'm feeling so much pressure.

Any reassuring words welcome, I didn't feel any of this with my son until about 26 weeks. I've just had such a rough ride the past 17 weeks I keep thinking I'm going to just start pushing or something. My MW is useless as she only works 2 afternoons a week and I don't have a mobile number for her and triage won't see me until I'm 18 weeks, it's ridiculous.

I know my cervix is closed, I guess I'm just anxious xx

Oh Karleigh I'm sorry you're having such a horrible, anxious time.. are you still in hospital? If it helps I'm a few weeks behind you and I have also started developing a constant pressure feeling very low down, I also remember this with my son. What have they said at the hospital? Sending love x x x

Sometimes if I've walked to much or done too much then I feel pressure, have you been overdoing it?
Could it be the start of PGP/SPD? I had it with my first and that was one of the symptoms. Xxx

I'm getting a lot of pressure down there too

It's very uncomfortable! X

im also 17 + 2 days. Got exactly the same feeling. This is my 3rd pregnancy and remember it very well with both previous pregnancys, but im sure it started later on. Mine also feels like something is about to drop out. Maybe it is a symptom of pgp as i did have pgp with both previous pregnancys. Im sure youl be just fine. But i definatly understand your worries, its an awful feeling when it feels like you need to hold something up from inside that you cant possibly do

Thank you ladies, you're all so lovely!

Emma, I'm home luckily. Even though I have Luca running around, it's a much more relaxing atmosphere. I'm seriously constipated and have been really stressed so I think they're contributing factors as to why I was in so much pain xx

Oh God, I had this a couple of weeks ago.. I literally could NOT go! That all adds to feeling pressure and uncomfortable.. Really hope it eases soon lovely xx

In 17 weeks and I've had a lot of tightenings and two weeks ago I walked up a short hill and literally felt so much pressure I could've squatted and pushed right there! I take the flat route now! I've found SPD blinding pain rather than pressure but it could be that. I'm also constipated today and it's made it worse. Took me right back to first 'movement' after I gave birth. Pregnancy is fun isn't it?! X
