Hello everyone,

Our specialists in smoking cessation from University College London developed new and free internet tools designed especially for quitting smoking in pregnancy. These tools are now being tested in an online nationwide study, and you are invited to take part if you are pregnant (any stage of pregnancy), over 18, and interested in quitting.

The research is conducted over the internet, so you can easily sign up and receive nonjudgmental support with quitting smoking from the comfort of your home, and without contacting anyone face-to-face. Additionally, participation in the study is voluntary, so anyone participating could withdraw from it at any time.

One of the key questions we are trying to answer is how to develop most effective and user-friendly internet support for women who quit smoking in pregnancy. Click on the below link to learn more about MumsQuit study and to sign up.

Please note that this is an ogoing study, and we will continue recruiting participants for it until January 2013.

Best wishes,
Aleksandra

P.S. we are also looking for journalists, individuals and organizations that would be interested in helping us reach to pregnant women who smoke.
Please PM me if you would like to get involved or know of someone we could contact about it.
