Pregnant after MC.

Hi all

How many women have suffered a mc?, its unbelivable.
I had a mc in may, now i am 4 weeks preg. Each day i think 'will this be the day i start to bleed?'
I am so filled with fright.
Is there anybody with any information for me, like things i could do to try and prevent it from happening again?
I have already had a child she is 5, that pregnancy went really well.

the only thing you can do is have a good diet, take vitamins and folic acid, dont over do it, if sex has be warned against by midwife dont have sex and do gentle excersise but nothing too strenuous, try and relax(sooooo easier said than done and wish i could take relaxing as advice myself!!) good luck xxx

Thank you, i have been eating loads of fruit and veg (gone a little crazy), Hubby has been placed on a sex ban till at least 12weeks. Everyday os one step closer! Thank u x
