Pregnancy Tests FAQs

Hi,

reading all your posts I realise that I don't know very much about pregnancy tests. I saw an advert on TV today that was for a test that could give you a result 4 days before AF? Do they work? What's a Digi test? Can anyone write a guide for those of us who don't know about these things?
